Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization

The Environmental Law Institute is publishing Legal Pathways to Deep Decarbonization in the United States (Michael B. Gerrard & John C. Dernbach eds.). The book is a playbook of state, local, federal, and private legal pathways for enabling the United States to address climate change and builds upon the U.S. Deep Decarbonization Pathways Project work.

Our team at Evolved Energy Research, including Jim Williams and David Ismay, collaborated on the project authoring the first chapter and helping provide technical review.

The book is being published in two forms. The Summary and Key Recommendations version is now available in paperback and e-book here.

The complete book is available and can be ordered here.
