Last month California released the final 2022 Scoping Plan that lays out a path to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045.
It is an impressive achievement that describes, in a single document, multiple dimensions of California’s path to net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, based on several different modes of analysis and a variety of stakeholder perspectives.
